We want to support your work/life balance. We are family friendly, and committed to job sharing, part-time working and hybrid working. We aim for all colleagues to spend half of their time in the office, with a minimum expectation of 40% across the month. Or if you prefer you can work all of your hours in one of our offices across the UK.
Leave from work
We offer 26 days annual leave with the option of buying additional days if you need more time away from work. We also offer a variety of leave options for those who need them, including study, family, carer and volunteering leave.
