This Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) statement of policy publishes the final statement of policy on the PRA’s use of the power to direct qualifying parent undertakings and includes:
- the statement of policy on the use of the power to direct qualifying parent undertakings;
- a non-exhaustive list of possible scenarios in which the PRA may consider exercising the power of direction; and
- a non-exhaustive list of possible directions which the PRA may consider taking.
